STALWART Two Tier Racking System is a multi-level shelving structure built entirely using the racking framework, allowing manual access to goods at multiple heights without the need for civil mezzanine floors. It is ideal for vertical space optimization in high-roof warehouses where efficient order picking and segregation are essential.
- It consists of multiple storage levels (typically 2 or 3) built from the racking system itself.
- Integrated staircases and walkways are provided to access upper levels.
- The racking columns act as both shelving support and floor support — no separate mezzanine columns.
- It is designed for manual storage operations at multiple levels.
- Levels are equipped with shelves, flooring panels, railings, and safety features.
